    I have one suggestion, instead of doing the chive X

    Maybe do drops of basil oil

    I thought about the X. Didn’t like it at first. But with a nautical theme of the dish, it works perfectly. X marks the spot after-all.

    The bowl looks rough and like dragging a spoon over it would make me uncomfortable. Like when a steak is served on those slate plates.

    Looks delicious, but please slice your lobster. You would need a knife, spoon, and fork to eat this.

    More soup, no chives in the middle. The simplicity with the greens around the edge of the lobster tail is just enough.

    That looks so good, and also like something I wouldn’t be overwhelmed eating. Usually lobster meals are so filling and I feel bleh after, but not for that

    Looks delicious, but doesn’t look like soup/bisque. More of a sauce of some sort. Also, the chives don’t add anything unless you want someone to bite through a chive as a part of their experience ….
