This is a play on a dish I made way back in 2020, where I combined my Swedish heritage with the food my husband grew up eating in India. Back then I made a yummy “Aloo Matar” version (potatoes and peas), this time I decided to pair spiced potatoes with dill 👩🍳

FWIW dill is not an uncommon herb in south asian cuisine.
