    Maybe it’s just the photo but I only wish the scallops were a bit more apparent. I also can’t tell where the potato confit is. Maybe a different arrangement of the radishes so they accent the scallop instead of hiding them. It looks absolutely beautiful though — maybe place the scallops on top first instead of pouring vichyssoise around it or use less vichyssoise- but I would devour this.

    That bowl looks like a Dixie brand disposable paper bowl on first glance. Especially from the top down.

    I can see with some zooming in and other angles that it’s clearly not, but I now can’t unsee it
