    Those apples need to GO.

    don’t stack the food up like a tower it looks gimmicky. Either have it spread nicely with the food on top or put it nicely next to it.

    Can you eat the thyme how it is? No? Get it off the plate.
    As a rule of thumb nothing you cannot eat should ever be on the plate.
    If you want thyme either pick it and garnish or incorporate it into the cooking process, in the pan with the chicken or even in the sauce you have made put some fresh thyme through it

    I don’t know if that’s oil or water but you need to wipe the plate properly or be more careful when you’re plating the food.

    The puree looks incredibly thick, water it down with some veg stock or honestly a little milk/cream/water. A puree shouldn’t be as thick as mashed potatoes.

    If you do all that it would be better. But otherwise chicken looks tasty I would definitely try it.
