First pic w the pecorino is kinda alarming. But I like it.. bold but simple, unapologetic. Maybe a little something on top to brighten it up? But maybe just keep it bold? Either way this looks scrumptious. Very creative mix of flavours. I’d gobble this up.
Might be cool to break pecorino up into chips and wedge it in between some ingredients to plate

Looks delicious, more delicious in the second pic. I’d crack the frico when plating, that way it exposes some octopus, and it helps to build some height as a bonus.
