Not the prettiest plating but it tasted amazing, I’m really proud of that jus (it also had a little bit of ginger but the taste was mostly covered by the harissa and orange juice).
I also sliced some thin redmeat radish to put on top and a little bit of fennel. Not satisfied with how the radish looks on the fish but i’ll work on that.
