    Can we see a cross-section of the ravioli? They’re beautiful, but I’m not sold on the filling:pasta ratio from this perspective. Love the plate choice, but I think you should ditch the dust. It would look very clean without it and you already have very striking colors.

    Also what is the red liquid? It’s bleeding a bit
