    Nice presentation, but I would describe it differently.
    Fullfat Vanilla sounds like you want to make me regret taking a bite. How about creamy vanilla or something like that?

    Also, crunchy walnuts is a given. Maybe call them toasted or caramelised (if they are) or just call them walnuts.

  2. You know what, I really like it. I think you did great and I’d be very pleased to be served that plate.
