Looks like an solid dessert. Just tighten up the quenelle and yall be set.

Quenelle needs some work and on second look it actually looks like slightly simplified/minimalist approach would look better. Also not a huge fan of the crumble/tartlette base double.
That being said it’s a very solid plate, care to elaborate on the individual components?
