    This looks inventive and definitely shows off your skills, but the plate needs more color than two blue petals. Your sauces are even the same color. Maybe add saffron to the honey mustard sauce and contrast it with a beet or herb puree? Just a thought.

    It looks good, and inventive.

    But I would suggest never using 2 sauces of the same color on the same plate.

    Also, everything that is sitting on the sauce in the plate looks great. Other than adding a little more color variation, it’s perfect. But those pieces in the back, not sitting on the sauce, seem very out of place. Bring it in closer to the other 2, and/or expand the sauce on the plate underneath it.
