    Don’t really like the plate and the cauliflower cream looks a bit to gelatinous (assuming that’s the butters lecithin forming a slight skin) but the strudel, roasted onions and caramel sound f*cking amazing. May I ask how it’s priced?

    Solid dish, looks delicious…if you don’t roast the onions in duck fat this dish would be an excellent vegetarian starter.

    Fennel caramel? That sounds soooo good. I would destroy this. I like the plating. Simple and sweet. Would definitely put the whole thing in my mouth at once.
