Dry aged Roastbeef, Fondant Sweet Potatoes and Sauce Tatar
I’m an apprentice in my 2nd year, and that’s my first attempt at a dry aged steak. I’m looking for advice :3

Looks tasty! My only critique, and that’s because you asked, is the application of the sauce is uneven. What’s in the sauce, did you mean “Tartar”, in which case I wouldn’t personally order a steak with tartar sauce.
