Not all dishes in their original iterations, lends itself very well to culinary plating without some alterations.
This is the case here, sorry to say but I don’t feel there’s much to work with here, it’s a complete redo – It looks like something poured onto the plate without much forethought on a weekday in a hurry.

Plating is meh, I’d rather see it in its OG form/roasting pan/whatever.
Looks fucking amazing and I’d eat the hell out of it.
