Looks like there is a dog poo on the plate.

This playing style looks to me like someone just unpacked their Lunchables onto a plate. I think you need to find a way to integrate the components rather than just scatter them on the plate. How is the diner supposed to eat it? How do they fit together?

I know what you are trying to do, but it’s not working.
Ingredients are just there, there is nothing fun going on.

Pork belly looks nice. The crepes I don’t see the purpose, but other than that. The plating is minimal which I enjoy.

Show me that crispy skin you worked so hard for, Chef! More jus! Cut that cabbage in half or quarters so it’s easier to eat and fills out the plate. Put the brown paste component on the belly. Shingle your rice around or under the belly. Light ring or dots of your oil around the whole thing, and hit it with some maldon!

What are the crepes for if the pork isn’t portioned out for them?

This looks very empty and non cohesive.
