First off the lighting does zero justice to this. Secondly, leave off the little green sticks.youve created, everything underneath looks clean and sounds tasty.
If.you need your damn pea shoots break off a few pairs of the smaller stem leaves and place appropriately.

I don’t see what the sprouts add here, I’d remove them. I’d thicken the sauce a touch with a starch slurry as well if you need this much on the plate.
