    I wish the sauce were slightly more pronounced, but it’s well played, elegant, with good visual texture. Nice job.

    White kimchi is something I’ve never had. What’s the charred thing at the bottom, also radish? Or some kinda starch?

    Looks amazing. Only note is agreeing that it would be nice to see the sauce a bit more. Otherwise visually appealing and very easy to imagine the textures.
