    This looks really beautiful and love your overall idea! I would loose whatever is dusted on the asparagus, kinda looks like dirt lol. Also the asparagus doesn’t look peeled which is a must for white asparagus imo

    Would also like to see the herb oil a little more vibrant, overall very nice job though!

    Very few plates catch my eye like this one did. I have some mild criticism to cultivate more refinement but I really enjoy this.

    I’ll admit though this is one of the hardest posts on here for me to imagine how it tastes

    Something about it not seeing centered is bothering me, but maybe it’s the plate not being round… I’m not sure. Overall, the plate up looks beautiful. Watch that oil spill top left.

    Not a fan of the asparagus personally. Love the fish, sauce and oil though.

    For me the asparagus color doesn’t fit and there are too many maybe? Feels like it could be an asparagus dish vs a fish dish.
