  1. Ooh. The color of the beurre blanc is so appealing. That looks awesome.

    My only comment is that I don’t love the bass on top of the clams. I like the idea of one half of the plate for clams, one half for bass a little better. But I admit that the white color from the clams across the whole plate looks nice so you do you

    Maybe a clam half-moon shape around the bass?
