    I’ve seen worse. Not sure what’s up with that squash but it’s an easy fix. Just get rid of it. The puree needs like another minute in the blender. Nice sear.

    It ain’t a puree unless its smooth like butta, needs some properly sliced/shocked fancy bois for ganish, squash seems like an afterthought- sub it some blanched and halved snappers, your relish is hiding that beautiful sear
