I mean… it’s just sushi on a plate. There’s nothing going on here other than there’s no uniformity across the pieces. The front two are okay but the last two look like you placed the fish semi frozen on an angle, unless those are different cuts/fish, which I find it weird to be placed against the other two in a line.

Every single thing about this is awful. The fish is sliced unevenly in the extreme, they aren’t even arranged on the ‘plate’ consistently, that plate is stupid, and nothing about this is ‘plating.’ It’s drop some ersatz sushi on a dumbass plate for people who’ve probably never had sushi before. Can’t see it, but wouldn’t be surprised if the rice were terrible.
