Lamb with sweet potato puree, mint chutney, micro greens with lemon vinaigrette
Trying to figure out what looks good. What works, what doesn’t? What does it need?

First plate looks better. That’s a lot of micro greens, are they a component or a garnish? With a pile like that I think it would look better tucked in tighter to the purée/lamb. Chutney placement seems off, idk how to address that but I would play with different ideas. Maybe spoon it into the crevice of the purée. Overall I think keeping everything tighter together would look better for the first plating.
