The photography and editing make this hard to critique. You’re out of focus and have camera shake, and your colour correction is way over saturated making this look almost like an Indian kebab from a tandoor. (Which sounds good to me, but doesn’t feel like what you’re going for)
The general composition looks good though I’m not sure the garnish on top of the lobster is resonating with me. The sauce and oil at the bottom doesn’t look very appetizing though as they’ve mixed very loosely.
