Home cook.m trying to get better at this. I think this is allowed when I read the rules. I’m trying to figure out how to make this Korean inspired dish less noisy? Or maybe It’s fine. The angle isn’t great sorry. I took a picture and started to eat and then realized I need to get the whole plate, so this was the only that had the whole thing and it’s not the best angle. I was really focused on building up and not out. In my personal experience Korean food has lots of small dishes so it’s hard to make it not feel cluttered?
I’m very new to plating, but I like the idea of becoming better at it so critiques are welcome.

I’ll also just say. I know this isn’t what I want it to look like. But I gotta start somewhere
Edit and ignore the scratches on the plate. I guess you may have a hard time with that, but my focus right now is building the food itself and then I’ll worry about getting nice dishes.
