    i probably would have gone with a smaller (and smoother) plate. Makes this look extremely tiny.

    Plates too big, texture of pave is too similar to plate, also I would appreciate a little more color.

    While I would absolutely tear this up, I can’t help but wonder what the emphasis is meant to be flavor wise? Seems like too many rich flavors competing to be the star to me. Also very fatty overall, consider a bit of an acidic sauce.

    Plating wise I’m just gonna echo what’s already been said – smaller plate, with no texture, consider foaming/aerating the cream a bit for brighter color and more volume
