Looks wonderful. I would finely chop the rosemary and sprinkle aver because you can’t really eat the stem, but this is making me an extremely hungry.

Did you use shitake mushrooms? Looks great, would loose the rosemary spring.

I’d separate the greens out so they are 9 leaves and not three sprigs of three leaves. It might feel better for a picture but it’s all about how it eats and I’d personally want a bit of freshness with each bite and I’m not eating this in three.
The rosemary I’m just ignoring. Doesn’t need to be there.

Does it still look good, absolutely. Sometimes a little disorder can make some magic happen.
