    Sounds great. Live beets. I usually go with walnuts and goat cheese but this sounds nice also. Maybe drizzle a bit of olive oil unless there’s some tossed in already.

    Very nice for a home Cook – I would eat the hell out of this.

  2. Looks and sounds great, I just get a wrinkle in my forehead when people use words like “best” or “perfect” on their descriptions. I’m sure it’s great, but nobody can claim that kind of thing.

    Ricotta piping could use a bit of work but that’s just the kind of thing that comes with experience, you’ll do better next time without having to think about it.
