I would recommend for this in particular to not double down on so many ingredients. There are three variants of onion(chive, onion, shallot) and two versions of beet(pickled and that sauce). Besides taking away from the salmon, making conscious choices here will help refine this bite. From a technical stance, this version of plating or construction is sloppy and the salmon somehow looks overcooked yet not broiled? Tighten up the plating and focus on the components that complement each other-lose the rest imo
