Second pic is great ,
First with purely the inside of the lamb showing it looks bland & mushy,
Not really enjoying the aesthetic.
Nothing needs to change in second plate , looks absolutely divine and delicious

Both plates look pretty solid.
If you are looking for critiques, the piped mash should be much more uniform, or much less uniform. Right now it sits at went for tight, but didn’t get it. Same with the oil dots. Either tighten it up or go more freehanded. I’d say just hit the plate and let it land as it lands.
Second plate, is quite interesting looking. I wonder why you went with two different sizes of what must be tenderloin. How did the cook go?
