I made and submitted this same recipe last year and got a lot of feedback on the flavours and plating, hopefully there are some tangible improvements!

    I like the plating a lot more on this one! It has a lot of vibrant colors that all go well together. However I liked the cook on the pork a lot better on the previous one.

    Well done!! (The plating not the pork!) yeah, it could be a little more pink but the whole dish looks divine.

    It looks fantastic. I don’t love all the words for the plating chef. Seems long winded.
