Only critique is that there looks to be a crunchy element (toasted nuts maybe?) that should be mentioned in your description for allergy reasons and also because it’s a great addition to the dish.

Looks delicious! Maybe a little less drizzle and a tad less on the micro greens but other than that spectacular. Visually appealing to the eyes. Definitely got the textures down as well. Great job!
