    i need to start using ‘etc.’ on my menus. try frying the capers and only like 1 tbsp of them.

  2. I really like this visually but I think it would be a better experience if the pork was on one side of the plate and the liquid was on the other – it’s a pet hate of mine to see something crumbed and fried get soggy.

    I like this very much, OP. It looks good and very appetising. I would have preferred the salad on the side, but that’s no problem. I also like the mash drowned in gravy. It is very good.
