    Looks good but the oxidation is off-putting. Also needs a drizzle of good olive oil

    Love the flavors but maybe tighten it up, add some height and how about some OO and balsamic?

    Kale chiffonade doesn’t do much for me in this fashion. The beef looks oxidized/dry, maybe consider some nice olive oil. If the orange thing can bring something to the dish – and some sort of acid is almost certainly necessary – that’s great but it looks a little out of place here.

    The meat is improperly handled and presented. What on earth is pistachio powder? So many micros placed without intention. Lacking conceptually and in execution besides fat and acid. When you ate this did you really think it was good?
