red curry chicken with baby corn and bell peppers

    1 can of coconut cream

    2 tablespoon red curry

    300gm chicken thin slices/chunks, then cook in the mixture for about 5 mins

    1 tablespoon palm sugar or use brown sugar (or more to taste)

    1 tablespoon fish sauce

    1 tablespoon light soy sauce

    then the vegetables ie basil, peppers, baby corn, and capscium all cut into thin strips.

    also for some natural sweetness add pineapple
