January 6th is a special day in Ireland, called Nollaig na mBán or Women’s Christmas.
I made some Charcuterie Boxes to serve at a local pub tomorrow to celebrate woman 🥰
Serrano Ham, Salami Milano, Chorizo, Halkidiki Olives, Spicy Chorizo & Chilli Cheddar Rollitos, Vintage Irish cheddar, Cooleeney Goats Cheese, Wensleydale with Cranberries & Blueberries, Moroccan Hummus, Sweet Tomato Relish, Ploughman’s Chutney, Blue Stilton, with Cashew Nuts, Candied Papaya, Grapes, & some Cherries to fill the gaps.
Crackers, Flatbreads, & some other bits to be added to another box for space!
