I’m sure it’s delish it needs color. Some kind of green herb oil like tarragon or chervil oil drizzle?

I’ve never seen zucchini flowers literally just torn and spread over a dish before.
Usually they’re stuffed and attached to the zucchini itself(colourful) or tempura fried(crispy and colourful).

One of the better looking risotto’s I have seen on this sub… I really like the monotone not everything needs to have a kaleidoscope of colours and this works.
