Cheese foam with scallops doesn’t sound like a very good flavor combination to me. Some of the other components sound interesting but none of it really sounds good together or with scallops. The sear on the scallops is very nice though.

Nice Plate! Everything looks correctly cooked. Interesting combination of flavors. I would have done either the squash or the sweet potato but not both. The squash could have been presented better, imo. Overall, I would certainly try it.
