It looks pretty good, but shut the fridge and pet the dog.
On a serious note, I wouldn’t do the garnishes as straight lines but rather follow the curve of the bowl.

Salsas and sauces are usually best for separating a dish by lines. If you use while ingredients like the pickles, line the up in a straight row. The nice, defined presentation of an ingredient will help compliment your beautiful avoflower. I personally like that your chicken is a disproportionate pile, but sometimes balance is more important. Use less microgreens on top of the chicken; its the main component of the dish so you want to accentuate it, not cover it up. The small piece of gim feels more like a decoration, but I know I would wanna eat with it; I would give more and move it off to its own side dish (this will also help tie into an okazu/banchan idea of multiple plates of food). Put the amaranth greens in a row underneath the cucumbers/ avocado.
That’s being super critical of a delicious looking dish. Besides perfecting the multiples techniques presented here, I cannot think of anything else. How did it taste?

This plate looks delicious and colorful and your dog is adorable. 10/10.

It looks really good. The flaws that I’m seeing are that the chicken is hidden and it’s somewhat over garnished. I’d get rid of some of the micro greens and from a stylistic perspective there’s a lot of lines but I wouldn’t call it a flaw. My personal move would be to make a slightly off center pile with the green stuff.
Once again that’s just me, just don’t hide the chicken and you don’t need to 4x garnish.

Looks great! What’s your recipe for the orange chicken?

Follow the curvature of the bowl with the veg and garnishes for a smoother look. Otherwise, seems great!
