Hey im from Germany i made a young bull roast with potatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic. An oven roasting bag makes the meat nice and tender.

    But I will have to admit that I didn’t use the bag this way. I was putting the food into the bag and the bag in the tray. 🙃

    Did you slow cook it on low over several hours or at what temperature for how long? I’ve never used a cooking bag before
