

Made pizza yesterday: the first one was a scrocchiarella romana (mushrooms), and the second a Neapolitan pizza (ananas, bacon, jalapeño). I always thought I was a Neapolitan guy, but I’m really starting to get the hang of this scrocchiarella romana.
