
Wanted to try something with octopus for quite some time, and finally got to it.
Top plate: Spanish inspired with olives, tomatoes, fennel, and romesco sauce.
Bottom plate: Italian inspired lukewarm polpo e patate, with fried capers, lemon and oil dressing, and a tiny bit of 'Nduja for some extra pep.
Which one would be your favourite?

Never tried octopus before but it would be my favourite just to try it. What does it taste like?
In Spain there are many recipes but the three most common are in a salad with vinaigrette, fried and the most popular is _pulpo a feira_, a Galician recipe appreciated throughout Spain.
