I don't know about y'all but rough chopped ragu and beef short rib is a combo made in heaven for me. Next up on my try list is pasta genovese and I want to make my own pasta dough.

Please don’t pour sauce on top of pasta on a plate. It should be tossed it a pan over heat to coat the pasta and integrated into a cohesive dish

I always find dishes like this tough to plate attractively and you nailed it. Agree with the other guy about saucing your pasta though.

I don’t know anything about culinary plating but I know I want to eat that right now!

Regardless of the sub rules, THAT is a beautifully presented pasta dish that fully deserves to be posted here.
It also proves that underwhelming pasta presentations are a choice, not an inevitability.

What’s with all these touched-up photos. I find it makes the food look like AI. And posting pics of the prepped veg is unnecessary.

This pic doesn’t look that edited or like AI. At least there’s no inedible garnishes…like whole sprigs of rosemary

This looks so delicious! Did you make the pasta as well?

Hey, nice dish! I agree with other commenters that this does look appealing — I think the nice blue plate contrasts well with the sauce.
However, almost all pasta needs to be creamed (*mantecatura*) to get that really luscious coating of sauce that is almost soft and velvety at the same time. The sauce also looks a little dry — maybe a bit more oil and pasta water at the end to help it sheen a bit more.
The other thing that creaming will help with is to break some of the carrot into the sauce which adds texture and body at the same time.
