The plate looks lovely, just… hmm.. those pink puree/mousse dollops with the split or something in the middle look like vaginas 🫣

Everything is beautiful but it really does give me a weird feeling that I’m looking at mold. I think you posted a similar plate before and I thought that weirdly looked mold-like as well. I think it’s the butter mostly.

I stand by what I said last time you posted this I find the white globes super gross to look at. Like mold or something

It’s a lot better than last time, the lighting and colours look much nicer. I’m still not a fan of the mould growth though. It’s just not something you want people mentally associating with your food.

It’s nice to look at, but nothing screams “eat me”. Perhaps a little je ne sais quoi on that protein? Coarse ground peppercorn?
