    I don’t really understand the triple steak thing unless you’re supposed to pick it up and eat it in one bite?

    You should put the chimi under each steak bite instead of off to the side. Fun plating otherwise !

  3. I’d use a narrowed plate and just top the chimmichurri on top of the eggs.

    Just give me the steak, this feels like a passed hors d’oeuvres. Appreciate the desire to make perfected bites but this feels overly complicated.
