    The mint chiffonade looks a little arbitrary to me. I question whether it’s really necessary.

    Too much going on. Feels messy rather than pleasantly rustic.

    Miss me with the meringue, I haven’t combined the two textures but I imagine it’s not subtle. The foam almost seems disrespectful to the cheesecake too, almost like setting your meta glasses on the hood of a classic Ferrari.

    Personally I think I would hate the meringue.

    Basque cheesecake is the best. The creamy, non crunchy texture is what god intended cake to be. Would be very weird to have some crunchy bits inbetween I think.

    Also the red stuff should be placed next to the cake and not on top of it, looks messy.
