    I’d put the salad on a separate plate to start. Use a smaller plate, more uniform slices and better distribution of the garnish.

    This looks like something I’d see in Vietnam. Not super-fancy but I bet the flavors are fantastic.

    I put the salad on the center plate the meat on top of the salad.

    That would be neat for one of those [plates that’s two sections](https://a.co/d/3z28N2b) so you could put the sauce in a separate section that’s part of the plate but this is not a great use of negative space.

    The food itself looks great, even though I can’t eat peanuts… But it’s not popping in this plating. You’ll definitely get there. Awesome start
