    Looks stunning and flavors seem great.

    My only comment is that this screams of something that looks better than it eats, I think youd benefit from a shallow bowl as im sure the sorbet melts rather quick and can become messy.

    Looks like you’d need a knife fork and spoon to fully enjoy.

    It’s beets! Looks amazing and I’ll bet it tastes fantastic. I’m curious how much this plate would go for? It’s a fine line between cost and worth. If this is part of a prix fixe meal it would be fine as one of a few starters but I can’t imagine people ordering this as a standalone app. Considering the effort that goes into it, the cost would need to justify that.
