First time trying boquerones… wow!
Tried them a few different ways. Last way was the best, it was like a meaty deep fried pickle, so damn good! Warming them( cooking) took the hard vinegar edge and softened it slightly.
Fish fries!!!
I know… it's not canned….

Where do you get these?
Another great review as always. Once you said fried I immediately thought why is he wasting such a nice product. And then I saw them fried, beautiful job! Cool product, excited to open my Patagonia unsalted anchovies now
