    Needs more crispy mushrooms. And maybe some shaved truffle and Parmesan crisp?

    Maybe it’s the lighting, but it looks a bit pale. You could possibly up the contrast by adding something like wild garlic oil or more crispy mushrooms

  3. Clearly someone found this plate extremely exciting, but can’t say I share their opinion unfortunately

  4. I’d say the sauce is too thin, could reduce a little bit more.
    The pasta is too white, probably ‘cause the eggs used are from industrial scale farmed chicken.
    The chives and mushys are just sad.
