    I’m always saying graham cracker crusts are overrated on cheesecake but never had the perfect replacement until now…

    This looks delicious but it feels a bit “loose”. I’m not a chef so I’m not sure how to fix it, but the angles should be sharper and the sauce a bit thicker. The mandarins also should be firmer. Maybe it needs to be colder?
