Improvised…stew? Chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper and coated in flour; bacon; shallots and green bell peppers sauteed in bacon fat and white wine; all in a chicken font and cream sauce seasoned with a lot of minced garlic and 4 Seasons pepper.
